Some of the features include:

• Event Scheduling, (setting builds to start at certain times)
• Communication with ClearCase
  • Able to label files
  • create and set configuration specs for views
  • updating views
  • checkout and uncheckout of files (note the ClearCase module is in its own .dll, which could be replaced with a SourceSafe, PVCS, or other SCM software module)
• Can reduce Microsoft Access tables to ASCII and restore the tables from ASCII
• Instantiates and automates the Microsoft Integrated Development Environment
• loads projects into the IDE, complies & links them, and receives error and warning counts from the IDE.
• Edits .rc files prior to compilation, and places version stamping information in these files, these version stamps then show up in the resulting binaries as a version property.
• Communicates with Install Shield 5.1, RPM, and Microsoft Installer to generate install packages
• Copies the packages to a distribution point
• Copies to a testing machine(s), and signals the test machine(s) to begin regression testing.
• Publishes real time HTML build reports
